One would be hard pressed
to find a more likable subject
for a wildlife close-up.
Unlike
many wildlilfe species, the
cougar/mountain lion is fairly
hard to get close to in the wild.
They mainly inhabit western
states, but have been seen
as far east as the Dakotas and even
Minnesota. And there is a small
remnant population in Florida;
there called
the Eastern Panther.
