Biography

Jeff has vibrant energy for capturing realism in nature, ranging from small plants and animals to expansive landscapes. Striving to harmonize color, lighting, and perspective in his images, he emphasizes understanding natural patterns; "like knowing how the pieces of a puzzle fit together." Jeff's photos have appeared in numerous books, greeting cards and calendars. He has focused on exploring the forests, wetlands, and wildlife haunts of the upper midwest and rocky mountain states. Currently Jeff works out of the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
